Thank you for shopping with us. Most of our gauge pods are made to order, which means each item is manufactured specifically for your order.

Processing & Production Time

  • Most gauge pods are custom made after an order is placed.
  • Production time is typically 10–14 business days before shipment.
  • During periods of high demand, production times may be extended. If significant delays occur, we will contact you using the information provided with your order.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Domestic orders: 2–7 business days
  • International orders: Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Please note that shipping transit times are separate from the 10–14 business day production period.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated production and delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather or other unforeseen circumstances

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers after an order has been dispatched.  If your package appears lot in transit, please contact us and we will assist you to locate or resolve shipment.  

Damaged Product

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days with photos and we will make it right.

 

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address information.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
